Prof. Dr. Khaled Nagib El-Sebaie Khalifa, Dean of the College, holds a Ph.D. in English Linguistics from Helwan University (2021) and an M.A. in Arabic Linguistics from Kafr El-Sheikh University (2018). He also earned three Bachelor’s degrees in Commerce, Arabic Language, and English Language. With extensive academic experience teaching English at higher institutes and universities, he has also taught English for Specific Purposes (ESP) for over 15 years at the Arab Academy for Science, Technology, and Maritime Transport. A retired Colonel and former UN Military Observer in West Africa, he brings a unique blend of academic excellence and leadership expertise.
