Dr. Iman Magdy, Head of the Department of Languages, earned her Ph.D. in French Language and Literature from Fayoum University with Highest Honors, with a dissertation on "Narrative Technique in the Works of Louise de Jardin." She also holds a Master’s degree in Linguistics and Interpretation (French) with distinction, and a Diploma in Simultaneous Interpretation, both from Al-Azhar University. Dr. Magdy has taught at several prestigious institutions including the Faculty of Al-Alsun at Beni-Suef University, the Arab Academy for Science, Technology, and Maritime Transport (Cairo branch), the Higher Institute of Languages, and the Higher Institute for Tourism and Hotels. She is fluent in Arabic (native), French (excellent), and English (very good). Her academic mission is to enhance students’ linguistic and cultural competencies, equipping them to thrive in global professional contexts.
